Michelle has worked in the Professional and Career Development Office at Suffolk University Law School since 1988 and has held various positions including career development assistant, recruitment coordinator, recruitment manager, assistant director, associate director, and director. She was promoted to Senior Director for Recruitment and Operations in July 2023.

Michelle is an active member of the Massachusetts Legal Recruitment Association; the Massachusetts Law School Consortium, where she currently serves as Treasurer; the Northeast Law School Consortium; the American Bar Association; and the National Association for Law Placement. Michelle has a B.S. in finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and an MBA from Suffolk University.
