Ready to apply to Suffolk Law? Here are some of the major milestones in the application process.
Suffolk Law reviews JD applications on a rolling basis beginning in October. Your application won't be reviewed by the Admission Committee until it is complete. To learn about the parts of the application, visit our How to Apply page.
General Application Timeline

December 1 | Binding Early Decision Deadline | December 1 is the deadline for applications for the Binding Early Decision Program. Applicants who are admitted to the Binding Early Decision Program are granted full-tuition scholarships. |
February 1 | Accelerated JD and Hybrid Online JD Priority Deadline | February 1 is the recommended deadline for applications to the Accelerated JD Program (which begins classes in May) and the Hybrid Online JD Program (which is highly competitive). |
March 1 | Financial Aid | March 1 is the priority filing date for financial aid. Financial aid funds are awarded on a rolling basis; grants are awarded first to students who meet the March 1 priority filing date. Applications received after March 1 will be reviewed for a Federal Direct Loan and will be considered for Suffolk grants and scholarships as funding permits. |
April 1 | Application | April 1 is the priority deadline to submit your completed application for May or August enrollment. Decisions are released on a rolling basis, beginning in October. Learn all the application details here. |
