Hillary is a 2009 graduate of Suffolk University Law School and has an A.B. in Government from Bowdoin College.

Hillary began her legal career as a corporate attorney at Foley Hoag LLP and Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, PC, focusing primarily on venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions and licensing transactions. Since 2015, Hillary has maintained her own law practice representing entrepreneurs and small businesses in a wide variety of business and transactional matters. Prior to joining the PCD office in 2018, Hillary worked as a Career Advisor at Boston University School of Law’s Office of Graduate and International Programs, where she advised international LL.M. students and alumni on internships and legal careers in the United States.

As a law student, Hillary served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Nathaniel M. Gorton of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and for the Honorable Carol A. Erskine of the Worcester County Juvenile Court.
