Parking and Visitor Parking Options
We've put together this handy FAQ for more information about Suffolk University employee parking.
Does the University have parking garages?
The University maintains two parking garages: one in Sargent Hall at 120 Tremont Street, and one in the Rosalie K. Stahl Center at 73 Tremont Street.
The Sargent Hall garage is a self-parking facility that's open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parkers must be enrolled in our monthly parking program in order to park in this garage. See details under "How can I rent a parking space?"
The Stahl Center garage is valet parking facility operated by LAZ Parking under limited hours. The entrance to the Rosalie K. Stahl Building garage is at the back of the building, on Tremont Place. Enter on Beacon Street across from One Beacon. Parking is valet only. Vehicles in the Stahl Center garage at closing time are placed outside on Tremont Place. Keys for cars parked on Tremont Place may be picked up at the security desk in the lobby of the Stahl Center. Parking spaces are open to all employees by simply showing your Suffolk ID to the attendant upon arrival to receive a discounted daily rate of $25. These spots may not be reserved in advance and are available as first-come-first-serve until the garage is full. Parkers may also choose to enroll in our monthly parking program in order to have a reserved spot to park in this garage. See details under "How can I rent a parking space?"
Where can guests of the University park?
Guests of the University (prospective students/parents, alumni, external partners, etc) may be able to park on campus in the 73 Tremont Garage at a discounted daily rate of $15. These spots must be reserved in advance via the ServiceNow Guest Parking Request.
All guests parking requests must be sent 48 hours in advance of the guest's visit. Availability is limited so please wait for this request to be approved before arriving at the garage.
Is there somewhere I can park if I have a temporary medical need?
We offer parking spaces for employees who need an accommodation in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act As Amended (ADAAA). These parking spots are available at a slightly discounted daily rate. Please contact Human Resources at [email protected] or by phone at 617-573-8415.
