Graduate Admission Requirements

Ready to take the first step? Suffolk graduate admission requirements include:

• Online application
• $50 application fee (waived for students who visit campus or attend an event virtually)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Unofficial transcripts of all post-secondary work (official transcripts required to enroll)
• Goal statement or essay
• Resume
• References/Recommendations
• Proof of English proficiency (International applicants only)

Most graduate admission requirements are universal, whether applying to Sawyer Business School or the College of Arts & Sciences. The majority of our programs are test optional or offer waivers to those who qualify. Select programs do require GMAT or GRE, and certain programs may require additional materials or steps.

We encourage applying for admission to Suffolk graduate programs as early as possible. By applying on or before deadlines, you’ll get priority consideration for admission, financial aid, and scholarships. Most programs offer admission on a rolling basis through the guidelines below, although some programs enroll in the fall only and adhere to specific deadlines.
