The accounts payable department is responsible to complete and process non-payroll payment on behalf of the university and to ensure that the university is in good standing with its current vendors.
The purchasing department is responsible for the purchasing of material goods and services for the university as well as working with quotes and sales orders to ensure PO accuracy.
All members of the Suffolk community are required to have a Ram Card for identification purposes and access to secure locations, such as campus building, residence halls and the library.
The RAM Print and Copy Center, operated by RICOH, offers a wide array of services and is available to all Suffolk faculty, staff, and students.

Mail Services provides Suffolk University personnel with the basics needed to help process mailing materials accurately, economically, and in accordance with U.S. Postal regulations.
Suffolk University Dining works with Chartwells Higher Education to provide dining options and catering to the Suffolk Community.
Through the Suffolk University Bookstore, students can purchase books for classes, course materials, clothing, gifts, T-shirts, technology supplies, Ram apparel, and a variety of other goods.
