On-Campus
Any student experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency should call 911 AND Suffolk University Police at 617-573-8111, or, go to your nearest hospital emergency room:

Off-Campus
Students off-campus should call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.
Urgent Counseling Services
During business hours
Counseling staff are available for urgent appointments 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Students should come to CHW on the 5th Floor of 73 Tremont Street.
- Services are provided in-person or by telehealth
For telehealth appointments, students should call CHW and request an urgent telehealth visit at 617-573-8226 - Individuals referring a student for an urgent visit may come to CHW with the student or call us ahead of time at 617-573-8226
After Hours
CHW offers free, confidential, 24-hour phone counseling for students regardless of location. Students should call CHW’s main number at 617-573-8226 and press “0” to be connected with a mental health counselor who can help.
