Suffolk University will provide reasonable accommodations for graduating students and their guests with disabilities.

The information you provide on this form will be reviewed by the Office of Disability Services (ODS). ODS will contact you with specific instructions for how your accommodation needs will be met for the graduation Commencement ceremony.

Use of a personal wheelchair or scooter which the guest will sit in throughout the Commencement ceremony: (Seating is only available for the person with the accommodation need and one other person.)

Use of a wheelchair to transport the guest to his/her seat from the entrance. The guest will sit with family/friends in a fixed seat throughout the Commencement ceremony (Suffolk does not provide wheelchairs from the guest’s car to the event.)
