How to Apply
As a student wishing to enroll in classes as a visiting student at Suffolk Law, you must provide a letter from the dean of your current law school stating that the credits earned at Suffolk Law will be applied to your degree requirements at your current law school.
Apply through LSAC. The application, personal statement, and resume must be submitted through LSAC. The application becomes available October 1 for spring enrollment and February 1 for fall enrollment.
Please state in your application the length of time you wish to visit: fall, spring or full year.
In support of your application, please submit all of the following:
- A letter from your current law school dean stating that you are in good standing
- A letter from your current law school dean stating that credits earned at Suffolk University Law School will be applied toward your degree requirements at your original law school
- A copy of the front page of your Credential Assembly Service report, showing your cumulative undergraduate GPA and LSAT score. This may be submitted from your law school registrar or through LSAC's Credential Assembly Service
- An official law school transcript submitted through LSAC's Credential Assembly Service
Letters from your law school dean must be mailed or hand-delivered directly from the current law school in a sealed institutional envelope to:
