Social Impact Minor
How do you come up with creative solutions for social problems in the United States and abroad? How can businesses be profitable while also helping communities?
The Social Impact Minor addresses the specific social challenges of poverty, economic development, healthcare and education access, human rights, safety, and climate change, while providing practical, hands-on experience in implementing solutions in these areas.
The Social Impact Minor provides students with a multidisciplinary approach to understanding the theory and practice of enacting social change. The minor is very hands-on. All required classes expect students to initiate, launch, and evaluate a social change effort.
