US News and World Report Best Undergraduate Business Programs, 2022-2023 logoThe Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) minor prepares business students to work with today’s increasingly diverse and global workforce by exploring the social, institutional, and psychological processes that impact the way employees perceive and interact with one another.

In this minor, students explore different aspects of diversity, human resource management implications, and business policies and practices and apply this knowledge to personal and professional situations through engaging learning experiences. Students will develop critical thinking skills to evaluate the broader impact of organizational policies and practices through discussions and self-reflection on power, privilege, and ethics in the local and global context.
