The Archive maintains two collections of interviews: the Suffolk University Oral History Project and the Moakley Archive Oral History Project. 

Suffolk University Oral History Project

The Suffolk University Oral History Project is a collection of interviews of University faculty, staff and alumni that provide a more personal look at the history of the University and the individuals who have helped shape Suffolk into the University it is today. Interviewees include University founder Gleason Leonard Archer, long-time staff and faculty members—such as Dottie "Mac" McNamara and Patricia "Pat" Brown—alumni, and faculty panel discussions.

Moakley Archive Oral History Project

The Moakley Archive Oral History Project is a collection of interviews that highlight key events and issues related to Congressman John Joseph Moakley's life and career. By collecting audio- and videotaped interviews with family, friends, staff, colleagues, political opponents, political leaders and his constituents the Project preserves valuable information and observations that may not be a part of the Congressman John Joseph Moakley Papers.
