Create a Request
Use the Create Request task on your Academics Hub to submit an online form. Requests such as the below can be created online:
- Courses at Other Institutions
- Enrollment Verification Request
- Excess Course Petition
- I-20 Extension
- Independent Study Approval
- Late Add/Drop Request
- Late Course Withdrawal
- Late Registration Acknowledgement
- Leave or Withdrawal After Last Date to Withdraw
