Web PhoneManager

Web PhoneManager allows you to manage their voicemail recordings and options online.

Log in to Web PhoneManager (link works only on campus) using your mailbox number (your extension) and the security code you use to access your voicemail.

To enable to disable receiving your voicemail as an email with a .WAV audio file attachment, go to Notification Settings in Web PhoneManager, click on the SMS tab, and deselect "Enable Short Message Service (SMS)."

  1. Access Web PhoneManager (link works only on campus)
  2. Enter your mailbox number (your extension) and your security code (same as voicemail security code) and click Login.
  3. Please use the 'Help' link for context based help for any menu item or option.
