This user friendly, cloud based portal is accessible from computers and mobile devices. It allows users to request services, search for solutions and report issues.
Requests can include:
- computer equipment
- web requests
- other administrative services
This self-service portal also includes a Knowledge Base with helpful information and common task instructions for faculty and staff.
Instructions
- Navigate to the Service Portal
- Click the Login button and use your Suffolk username and password
- The Service Portal landing page will open, giving you access to make requests, report issues, and search topics and articles for troubleshooting
