Personal Enrichment Program
Suffolk University is pleased to offer our Personal Enrichment Program (PEP) for individuals age 65 and above to attend college-level courses on a tuition-free basis. PEP students may enroll in undergraduate courses offered by the College of Arts & Sciences, and the Sawyer Business School on a space available, non-credit bearing and non- degree seeking basis.
In addition, seniors can enroll in CAS graduate courses, with instructor permission, in the Communication, Political Science, and Crime and Justice Studies programs, provided that the courses do not have any prerequisites. Seniors can also enroll in any on-campus SBS graduate courses with instructor permission.
The courses must be taken at the Boston campus, and excludes online course offerings. Suffolk University extends this benefit to the community in order to support individuals who seek lifelong learning.
For New PEP Students
To apply to the PEP for the first time, please complete the application. You will be admitted as a non-degree seeking Continuing and Professional Studies (CAPS) student, and take your courses on an AUDITING basis. There is no application fee.
You will also need to mail us a photocopy of a document providing proof of age (e.g., driver’s license or passport) to:
