Burton Wechsler First Amendment Moot Court Competition

Held in Washington, D.C., in October, this national competition is held annually based on current First Amendment law issues. Participants are required to write and submit a brief as well as present oral arguments before panels of judges. The competition is designed to develop research and writing as well as oral advocacy skills.
