Annual Support Opportunities

Tenured and tenure track faculty have access to funding to support their travel to professional academic conferences to present their research, to travel to competitive artist in residency programs, to pay for the cost of library and institutional membership fees associated with scholarly projects, and to help cover the cost of research materials. All faculty are encouraged to apply for these funds on a yearly basis to support their scholarship and creative activity and progress toward tenure and promotion.

All full-time faculty may also apply for a limited number of professional development opportunities related to teaching to advance best practices and inclusive pedagogy. Faculty are encouraged to apply for these opportunities.

Additional opportunities for funding to support scholarship and creative activity are available through the Committee for Teaching & Scholarly Development (CTSD).
