Biography
Dr. Yurong Yao’s primary research interests include information system adoption, outsourcing, technology and business innovation, electronic government, and electronic healthcare. Her research has been published in the European Journal of Information Systems, The Database for Advances in Information Systems, Communications of the AIS, Communications of the ACM, the Journal of Computer Information Systems, and many international conferences.
With over 20 years of experience in enterprise systems, including a tenure at SAP China and her engagement with SAP University Alliance schools, Dr. Yao integrates real-world expertise into her teaching. Her teaching interests include Management Information Systems, Enterprise Systems, and Business Intelligence. Dr. Yao is passionate about preparing students to navigate the rapidly evolving technology landscape and equipping them with the skills to drive business innovation.
