Biography
Dr. Yurong Yao’s primary research interests include information system adoption, outsourcing, technology and business innovation, electronic government, and electronic healthcare. Her research has published in European Journal of Information Systems, The Database for Advances in Information Systems, Communications of the AIS, Communications of the ACM, Journal of Computer Information Systems and many international conferences.
Her teaching interests include Management Information Systems, Enterprise Systems and Business Intelligence. She has over twenty years’ experience in enterprise systems by studying and working at SAP University Alliance schools and SAP China.
