Community College Transfer Scholarships

Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society

Suffolk University is one of a select number colleges and universities recognized for the dynamic pathways they have created to support students transferring from community colleges. Suffolk has been named to the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society’s Transfer Honor Roll.

The Transfer Honor Roll recognizes four-year colleges’ and universities’ excellence and success in community college transfer pathway development. The University provides up to 20 PTK scholarships for qualified applicants. If you would like to be considered for an award, submit your PTK certificate via the application portal when applying or send us an email with a PDF version of the certificate.

Alpha Beta Gamma (ABG) Business Honor Society

Suffolk University provides a welcoming environment for transfer students. And at the Sawyer Business School we have designed special courses for transfer students that will make your transition seamless. And as an added benefit of being a member of the Alpha Beta Gamma Business Honor Society, you may be eligible for an annual $1,000 scholarship upon admission to Suffolk University.

The University provides up to 10 ABG scholarships for qualified applicants. There is a separate review process from the standard merit aid award evaluation.
