16 Personalities is a test that prioritizes personalization. They provide an assessment feature that includes a range of analysis, speaking holistically to users rather than separating work from life. They provide a wealth of reflections through the free version of their assessment.

My Next Move

My Next Move is a tool that uses information from O*NET, a free database that houses hundreds of occupational definitions. My Next Move’s main page allows users to search careers with key words, browse careers by industry, or take the O*NET Interest Profiler based on Holland’s 6 Personality Types.

CliftonStrengths Finder

The CliftonStrengths Finder assessment helps individuals identify their top five strengths out of 34 natural talent themes. Knowing their strengths give learners the skills to help inform their career path, working environment, and the best ways they can work within a team. Contact careers to find out more.

Strengths Profile is an assessment that gives you a unique profile revealing your realized and unrealized strengths, learned behaviors and weaknesses. GoinGlobal provides international students with U.S. city guides, job postings, cultural advice, and an H-1B visa directory. It also provides international city guides and information for students who plan to study or work abroad.
