Join us at our campus in downtown Boston for an invaluable summer experience where you’ll learn how to use business data to solve problems and prepare for the future—and discover what college is all about.
Data Analytics: Storytelling with Data
Developed for rising high school seniors, you'll learn how to acquire, prepare, and analyze data like a data analytics professional in order to “tell a story” with the patterns and trends that emerge, and make informed business decisions.
This immersive 3-week program provides hands-on experience in class, through team projects, and across visits with companies in the data analytics space. You'll be introduced to the basics of mobile applications and cybersecurity tools, and complete a final project that will be presented at the end of the program.
Students will also gain firsthand experience into what it’s like to study at Suffolk, have access to campus resources—like our Center for Career Equity, Development & Success—and learn how to successfully navigate the college application process. And this course is worth three Suffolk credits!
This program is offered at no cost to participating students. Lunch will be provided daily, and students will receive a local subway/bus pass to cover your commute to and from campus and field trips (commuter rail passes and/or parking costs are not included).
Rising juniors may be considered on a space-available basis and are welcome to apply.
Please note: this is not an overnight/residential program and is meant for students from the metro-Boston area (housing is not provided). In addition, it will take place in-person and will not be offered virtually.
Program Dates: July 10-28, 2023

And one Friday, July 28, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m
