The Michael Barretti Executive MBA Professional Development Fund ("the Fund") is an endowed fund, the purpose of which is to support experiential and immersive learning opportunities for EMBA students, such as students' costs associated with travel seminars, executive leadership coaching, professional development workshops and programming. ("the Purpose"). Gifts made to the Fund will be administered in accordance with Suffolk University's administrative guidelines and procedures. If, in the opinion of the University, all or part of the Fund cannot at some time in the future be usefully or practically applied to the Purpose or if the Purpose cannot be achieved because of a future change in law or unforeseeable circumstances, it may be used for any related purpose which in the opinion of the University will most nearly accomplish the Purpose as established by the donor(s) who established the Fund.
