Internships & Careers
Internships, Careers and Graduate School
The department integrates internships into its experience-based academic program. Students intern with arts companies in Boston, throughout the United States, and abroad – invaluable hands-on preparation for professional employment.
The Theatre Enrichment Grant
The Theatre Department provides support for financially eligible, qualified students accepted into professional apprenticeships with leading theatre companies. Any second or third year Suffolk Theatre Major can apply for the Apprenticeship Award. The Financial Aid Office determines financial eligibility. Applications for the Award are available in January and awardees are selected in April. Hard copies of the application are available in the Theatre Department office.
