About

The College of Arts & Sciences offers courses in the arts, humanities, social sciences, mathematics, and natural sciences, establishing broad-based learning as the foundation of a Suffolk education.

An array of programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels provides diverse opportunities to study areas as highly focused as Radiation Science or as interdisciplinary as Environmental Studies.

Our curriculum allows students the time to explore minor programs that reflect their personal interests and talents while helping them develop specialized knowledge and skills.

Students find many opportunities to combine their academic interests with hands-on experience through internships, service learning, and a broad range of extracurricular activities.

Distinguished faculty provide individual attention to their students in small classes while encouraging open, independent thinking and an appreciation of diverse cultures, perspectives, and peoples.

In addition to encouraging intellectual development, we prepare our students to meet the challenges of the future and to achieve their personal goals, as they build the foundations of their careers.
