Office 365 is a communication and collaboration service hosted by Microsoft. All Suffolk University registered students have access to the Microsoft Office 365 cloud service, which provides 50 Gigabytes (GB) of email storage space online.

Some of the main features of Office 365

  • Document Storage Capacity - 1TB for each user through OneDrive
  • Access from mobile devices including iPhone, iPad, Android, and Windows Mobile
  • Web and downloadable version of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Anywhere web and desktop access - Full service web interface for accessing Microsoft applications

How do I access my Office 365 account?
Log in using your Suffolk University username and password. 

I read my email on my phone, will I need to change my settings?
Yes. To regain access to your account on your phone, follow these instructions:

  • Go to Mail Settings and remove your current account
  • Click "Add Account"
  • Choose "Exchange"
  • Enter your Suffolk email, i.e., [email protected]
  • Click "Next"
  • Type your password and click "Next"

If you are asked for additional information, enter "outlook.office365.com" in the Server field.
