Facilities Planning and Management

Suffolk Facilities Planning and Management works diligently to create and maintain a comfortable, sustainable, and safe environment. We are committed to providing an effective living, learning, and working environment for our students, faculty and staff, neighbors, and visitors.   We are responsible for managing daily operations, as well as implementing long-term capital investments to improve our facilities. Facilities Planning and Management also plays a key role in campus planning regarding university property and leased spaces. As part of the University’s commitment to sustainability, we engage in projects that make our facilities more efficient, thereby reducing environmental impact.
