Suffolk students swept the top awards at the Interior Design Career Day event for New England design students sponsored by the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), International Interior Design Association (IIDA), and International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA).

The students are from the master’s degree in interior architecture and bachelor of fine arts degrees in interior design programs at Suffolk’s New England School of Art & Design.

The student winners were:

  • Megan Campolong (MAIA)
  • Erin Kenna (BFA)
  • Farida Sadiwala (MAIA)
  • Alicia Kosasih placed fourth as an alternate

Each student received a monetary prize, a carpet or chair from an industry partner, and a year's membership to the interior design professional organization of their choice.

The professional organizations’ career day event was held Oct. 9 at the Innovation District Hall in Boston.
