Margaret served as a law clerk to the Honorable A. David Mazzone of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts for several years after law school. Her former private practice focused on civil litigation and included special education advocacy. Margaret taught legal research and writing as an adjunct professor at Northeastern University School of Law, and served as a Co-op Advisor in their Office of Cooperative Legal Education.
Prior to attending law school, Margaret worked as a canvasser for a state-wide citizen action organization, a research assistant at Harvard University and a paralegal and later a database administrator at a large Boston law firm.
Currently, she is the President of the Brookline Education Foundation.
Margaret received her A.B. in Linguistics from the University of Michigan and her J. D. from Northeastern University School of Law. She joined the Office of Professional and Career Development in January 2008.
