Escola Superior de Marketing (ESPM)

Since its inauguration over half a century ago as one of Brazil’s first institutes of higher learning in advertising, ESPM has evolved over the years to won renown for its marketing, communication, and business management programs. ESPM’s courses are considered among the best in the country.

The key drivers of its sustained success have been a commitment to rigid ethical principles and a constant pursuit of academic excellence, as originally established by its founding fathers. PUC-Rio, Rio de Janiero

PUC-RIO is located in Gávea, a charming neighborhood near the forest and beaches of the Zona Sul area of Rio de Janeiro. Rio is an exciting city perfectly situated between a lush tropical forest and the Atlantic Ocean, providing its residents and visitors alike with a majestic realm of colors, sounds, and sights. With an intense cultural life, Rio de Janeiro is the perfect place for those who want to immerse themselves in the South American culture.

Chile’s tremendous range covers a diverse array of landscapes, from the desolate moonscape of the Atacama Desert to the fertile vineyards of the Central Valley, the lush rainforests of the Lake District, and the magnificent glaciers and peaks of Patagonia—not to mention more than 3,000 miles of coastline and Easter Island. It’s truly mind-boggling to think of how many different experiences one can have here.

Universidad del Desarrollo, Santiago and Concepción (Exchange)

This program is currently only being offered online due to COVID-19 restrictions and safety.

Universidad del Desarrollo is known to be one of the best private universities in Chile. It has five modern campuses, two in Santiago and three in Concepcion. Its faculty stands out not only for its academic excellence but also its significant and active contribution to the country’s development. The entrepreneurial spirit, leadership and public responsibility are key to the education it provides.

Personalized attention is a hallmark of UDD. The ongoing contact between professors and students facilitates learning in an open and close university environment.

Extracurricular activities complement the heavy academic load. Students can participate in a wide variety of athletics, recreational activities, drama, social activities, community aid workshops, and student events, which help them become integral individuals and professionals.

This is an ideal time to learn about China! While the world has been facing economic difficulties, China has achieved a remarkable 36 years of almost double-digit growth. While Beijing is the country's capital, Shanghai is its economic capital and has become one of the most influential global megacities.

University of International Business and Economics (Beijing)

The University of International Business and Economics is highly ranked in China. Here, 14 percent of the student body is international. Beijing has been the capital of China for the past eight centuries, and is extremely rich in culture and history. It will also be the site of the 2022 Winter Olympics, making it the first city to host both the Winter and Summer Olympics. Beijing is also home to seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites, such as the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace, Ming Tombs, Zhoukoudian, and parts of the Great Wall and Grand Canal.

Housing: Students can live in student dorms or off-campus hotels or apartments. According to the government regulations, foreign students who live off-campus must live in housing that has been approved as a legal residence for foreigners. International Center for Development Studies (ICDS), San Jose

Fall/Spring

ICDS, jointly with Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, offers students the opportunity to build their own semester according to their interests and academic needs. Choose from a variety of courses related to sustainable development and social justice including the environment, politics, and human rights. The goal of this program is to help students acquire an in-depth knowledge of these topics and develop cultural awareness through exposure and immersion into the Costa Rican way of life.

The Czech Republic is a beautiful nation with a long and storied history. Located in the heart of Europe, Prague has been called the Paris of the East. When you study in this city, you can hop over to neighboring countries with ease.

University of New York in Prague (Exchange)

The University of New York in Prague is situated in the historic central district of Prague. UNYP offers courses in business, communication, finance, marketing, international relations, and psychology.

Denmark is the smallest Scandinavian country. Thanks to its liberal and progressive social policies, it is seen around the world as a model of civilization. Denmark’s capital, Copenhagen, brims with bygone kings’ castles and fanciful, modern architecture. You can wander the gardens and hop on the rides at Tivoli Park or gaze at the famed statue of Hans Christian Andersen’s Little Mermaid.

Aalborg University, Aalborg

Aalborg University was inaugurated in 1974 as the fifth Danish university. From the very beginning, AAU has adopted an interdisciplinary, problem-oriented approach to research and education, and is today one of the world’s leading universities using this method. AAU offers approximately 60 different study programs and has close to 14,000 students.

The Galápagos Islands are famous for being the place where Charles Darwin began his work on the Theory of Evolution. The Galápagos are known for unparalleled beauty; ecological diversity; and plants, animals, and other forms of biodiversity you won't find anywhere else.

IPSL: Quito & Galapagos Islands

This program has been temporarily suspended due to COVID-19 restrictions and safety.

IPSL participants study not only the natural wonders of the Galápagos, but also explore the intersections of environmental and economic development policies on the local populations. This IPSL program includes a month-long stay in Quito at its start, enabling participants to study and serve in an urban environment, too. Service-learning™ in the Galápagos offers an opportunity available nowhere else to live in and learn about a delicate and complex natural environment and the impacts—both positive and negative—of human settlement, fisheries, and tourism on that setting while also contributing through service to maintaining this unique environment.

You may choose one of three concurrent tracks of study: Evolution, Ecology, and Conservation; Marine Biology; or People, Politics, and the Environment. After an initial period (about a month) on the campus of the Universidad San Francisco in Quito and traveling to the Ecuadorian highlands and the Amazon jungle, you will take a full schedule of classes at the Galápagos Academic Institute for the Arts and Sciences (GAIAS) on Isla San Cristobal. There you'll learn from world-class faculty and engage in service related to island ecology and/or the local island community. All program courses are taught in English. Science pre-requisites apply.

Regent's University

Regent’s University’s secluded grounds in royal Regent’s Park are a green oasis in the heart of bustling central London, offering you an exclusive student experience. Regent’s is close to the city’s famous theatres, galleries, and museums, as well as major sporting and entertainment venues.

Regent’s is small and intimate enough to feel like a home away from home. With just under 5,000 students on campus, staff and students get to know each other by name, and students benefit from plenty of one-on-one contact.

University of Westminster

With the option to study for the summer, semester, or year, University of Westminster's study abroad programs will immerse you in the life of both the University and London, giving you the chance to travel to exciting destinations, gain insights into another culture, make lifelong friends, and enhance your career prospects.

London South Bank University

Founded in 1892, London South Bank University is one of the largest and oldest universities in London. Roehampton is a small, friendly, collegiate community in a beautiful environment where students can live, learn, and socialize together. France is a country of flavors  and not just the foodie kind! Its cities and towns have distinct personalities, yet all showcase the French love of culture. Paris, its capital and truly one of the world’s great cities, is a playground for those who love the arts, history, architecture, food, and high fashion. Marseille, the country’s second-largest city, offers you the chance to relax on one of its 23 beaches and ramble along its cobbled streets.

Paris School of Business (PSB), Paris

La Sorbonne, Paris

The Cours de Civilisation Francaise is an outstanding program in Paris IV–La Sorbonne, one of the oldest universities in the world. The Suffolk-Sorbonne affiliation meets the educational goals of French majors and minors at Suffolk who want to continue taking advanced French classes and also accommodates Suffolk students with limited French language skills. The program provides cultural and linguistic immersion through French host-family arrangements, excursions, and courses in many disciplines.

Université Catholique de Lille

Lille is the capital of the Hauts-de-France region in northern France, near the border with Belgium. A cultural hub and bustling university city today, it was once an important trade center of French Flanders, and many Flemish influences remain. The historic center, Vieux Lille, is characterized by 17th-century brick town houses, cobbled pedestrian streets, and the Grand Place.

Founded in 1875, the Université Catholique de Lille is a multidisciplinary institution unique in France. From its very beginnings, what is now France’s largest private, not-for-profit university has distinguished itself within the fields of higher education, research, and health through its commitment to mutual care as a central value. The institution both supports and is supported by the local region and community, and is open to diversity and to the world.

Academics: Most courses are taught in French. Courses taught in English, German or Spanish are offered as well. French courses for non-native speakers are also offered. Students can take courses in up to two faculties, depending on the academic calendars and course schedules of the two faculties. Subject areas include law, business, humanities, political science, and the arts. For a full-time course load, students will enroll for approximately 25-30 ECTS credits per semester. Freie Universitaet (FU-BEST)

Through FU-BEST (Freie Universitaet Berlin European Studies), Freie Universitaet Berlin has been offering students from abroad deeper insights into Germany as well as (Central) Europe since the fall of 2005. The two-semester schedule (Fall and/or Spring, includes courses in history, comparative literature, sociology, film studies, political science, philosophy, architecture, art history, etc. Most but not all of the content courses are taught in English. Additionally, a comprehensive language program is offered; enrolment in German language is mandatory. The program features visits to exhibitions, concerts, and opera performances, as well as a week-long excursion to varying destinations within Germany and neighboring countries. Learn more here.

WHU: Otto Beisheim School of Management, Vallendar

WHU–Otto Beisheim School of Management is an internationally oriented private business school based in Vallendar. Justus Liebig University, Giessen

Justus Liebig University lies in the heart of the charming city of Giessen, 60 miles north of Frankfurt. Hong Kong

Situated at the south-eastern tip of mainland China and in the heart of Asia, Hong Kong enjoys an economic and strategic importance that exceeds its geographical size in an area of only 1,105 square kilometers.

With a population of approximately 7.34 million, Hong Kong is a densely populated city, comprising Hong Kong Island, Kowloon Peninsula, and the New Territories. Hong Kong is also known for its beautiful and well-managed country parks and greens, located mainly in the New Territories and 262 outlying islands.

English is the teaching medium at most universities, including City University of Hong Kong (CityU), but both Chinese and English are the official languages in Hong Kong. 

City University of Hong Kong

City University of Hong Kong (CityU) is committed to providing students with the professional education and learning experiences they need to achieve success in their careers and lead fulfilling and useful lives. The University offers an international curriculum and multicultural diversity of faculty and students.

CityU emphasizes innovative problem-driven research and the connection between knowledge and society. The goal is to train a new breed of professionals to anticipate and respond to the challenges of the fast-changing, knowledge-driven global environment of the 21st century.

Since CityU’s establishment as a University in 1994, it has grown remarkably in both size and prestige. It is currently ranked 49th in the QS World University Rankings and has more than 20,000 students enrolled in over 140 programs.

The University's colleges of Business, Science and Engineering, and Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, and Veterinary Medicine and Life Sciences, and schools of Creative Media, Energy and Environment, and Law offer programs at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Academics

The medium of instruction and assessment at CityU is English unless specified otherwise.

Some courses with capacity limit do not accept exchange students. For pre-requisite required courses, students must have taken courses considered equivalent to the pre-requisite.

Exchange students must take full-time credit-unit load (12-18 credits per semester in order to meet the visa requirements set by the Hong Kong SAR Immigration). A credit unit is earned by approximately forty to fifty hours of student work. Students are allowed to take cross-faculty modules. students will be required to take at least 50% of the credits from the same department you are accepted into at City U.

O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU), Delhi

O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) is a non-profit global university established by the Government of Haryana and recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Kansai Gaidai University was founded in 1945 and has become one of Japan’s most distinguished universities. It is located in the city of Hirakata (pop. 400,000) in Osaka prefecture. Located on the Yodo River, Kansai Gaidai is in the center of this region, midway between the ancient capital of Kyoto and the dynamic business center of Osaka, with Nara and its Daibutsu (Great Buddha) and “sacred deer” only a short train ride away. Kobe, located only a little further away, is the newest addition to the Kansai region, for it began its growth with opening of Japan to the West in the 1860s, and boasts of western influences in its architecture and atmosphere.

This superb location provides an excellent starting point from which to begin exploring of a land that, by anyone's standards, is truly fascinating. These geographic advantages are extensively utilized in the Asian Studies Program through field trips, independent research, and/or case studies.

The Study in Kyoto Program (SKP) brings together students from around the world. It offers numerous courses in Japanese language and culture, utilizing the extensive historical and cultural resources of the ancient city of Kyoto. The program also offers courses in English regarding both Japan-related and business subjects. Kyoto, the capital of Japan from 794 to 1868, is an ideal place for study, being a city with one of the highest concentrations of academic institutions in Japan. Kyoto is home to some of Japan's most important World Heritage Sites such as the Ryoanji, Ninnaji and Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion) Temples, which are located right at the doorstep of Ritsumeikan University. It enjoys a harmonious blend of the ancient and the modern, thus giving students the unique opportunity to experience all aspects of Japanese society. Sophia University is celebrated for its courses with a global emphasis – including international studies and business programs and their diverse student body. Its campus is located in the Yotsuya area of downtown Tokyo. Students will take courses, in English, in Sophia’s Faculty of Liberal Arts. One course in Japanese language is required.

Tecnologico de Monterrey has 33 campuses in 27 cities throughout Mexico. Radboud University is located in Nijmegen, a city on the Waal River that's close to the German border and within 80 miles of Amsterdam. This university is home to about 20,000 students. and the Times Higher Education World University Rankings put it in 125th place worldwide in 2016. Radboud is known for its green campus, which is often listed among the most attractive in the Netherlands.

Australia's next-door neighbor is renowned for its friendly people and stunning scenery. Wellington boasts cultural offerings ranging from opera to ballet, as well as a spectacular harborside setting. Dunedin, on the South Island, is known for its many recreational opportunities and rugged landscapes. Its natural beauty rivals that of its South Pacific neighbors. Auckland is home to 1.4 million people on land surrounded by two harbors and dotted with extinct volcanoes. It is called the "City of Sails," and on a summer's day it's obvious why: The whole population seems to be on beaches, or in yachts and fishing boats. Auckland is the first port of call for most people arriving in New Zealand and has a truly international flavor with a diverse population and wonderful restaurants and cafes. While not tropical, the weather is relatively mild year-round.

The University is located in Poland's capital, one of the most dynamically developing European cities. Warsaw is the center of political and economic life in Poland and has a lively social and cultural scene. Celebrating its 200th anniversary in 2016, the University of Warsaw is the oldest of the capital’s colleges. Approximately 51,500 people study here every year, including 3,500 foreigners.

Ivy-covered Yonsei University is the oldest private university in Korea. It boasts an array of clubs and academic programs designed to enhance international students’ Korean experience. Ho Chi Minh City is the bustling economic center of Vietnam. Motorbikes whiz by as you peruse one of the many street markets that ring the city. You're as likely to find makeshift pushcart stalls selling wares as you are to find chic boutiques and cafes housed in grand Colonial-era buildings. Ho Chi Minh City is also a great starting point for venturing away from city life and exploring Vietnam's wondrously beautiful countryside.
