Service Day

Group Sign-ups: February 11th - 27th

Instructions for signing up for Service Day as a group:

• Choose your Top 3 service sites from this list. Sign-ups are on a first come first served basis so have your top 3 in mind before you come to the office.
• Download the Service Day Participant Agreement Form. All members of your group who plan to participate in Service Day must fill this out. ALL forms must be brought together to S.O.U.L.S. Donahue 209 to reserve your spots. All members do not have to be present when signing up in S.O.U.L.S., but spots will only be reserved for those who have filled out forms completely
• Fill out the Travel Release Form and bring with you when handing in your Participant Agreement Forms.

Individual Sign-ups: March 9th - until filled

Individuals can sign-up for Service Day beginning March 9th via our Volunteer Website. If you have not yet registered as a volunteer with our online system you may Register Here. Please also fill out the Agreement Form and the Travel Release Form that can be found above and return to S.O.U.L.S. in Donahue 209.
