Financial planners and wealth managers analyze and provide advice on all lifetime finance-related decisions that a person needs to make, such as investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, income tax management, and insurance. In most cases, financial planners' and wealth managers' analyses and recommendations are provided to clients in a written financial plan. The planner may then coordinate the implementation of the plan and periodically review it to account for changes in the client's life and current economic conditions.
