The Suffolk / Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Case Competition is an opportunity for undergraduates in local universities to utilize their wealth management skills in a real-life setting. Students will be given a case generated by the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management division which is meant to represent the kind of wealth management done on a daily basis in industry. Students will initially submit a written proposal of approximately 5 pages to meet the requirements of the case. The proposal should include details about how to achieve the goals in the case.
A committee composed of Suffolk faculty will judge each case and select 3-5 finalist teams to proceed on to present their cases to Merrill Lynch.
Students will then make a presentation of approximately 12 minutes to a panel of faculty and representatives from Merrill Lynch.
