The MPA Program is a NASPAA-accredited degree program.
“The NASPAA Standards are the quality benchmark used by graduate public service programs around the world,” according to the NASPAA website. “Accredited programs must contribute to the knowledge, research, and practice of public service, establish observable goals and outcomes, and…ensure their students achieve learning objectives in five domains essential to public service.”
Our curriculum includes a generalist MPA degree with the option to hone particular skills with a career track. You can select from one of four suggested career tracks in state and local government, nonprofit management, human resource management, and healthcare management, or you can work with your advisor to build a track in a number of other areas.
