The full-time GMBA is 33 to 57 credits and can be completed in 10 to 15 months, depending on your educational background.
The part-time GMBA is 33 to 57 credits and can be completed in 16 to 28 months, depending on your educational background. Alternatively, you have up to five years to complete the degree.
The eight core courses (24 credits) can be waived with previous undergraduate or graduate coursework, thus decreasing the number of credits needed to complete the degree. Courses must have been taken in the five years prior to entering the Global MBA and have an earned grade of B or better to qualify for waivers.
You will choose to concentrate in International Finance or International Marketing.
Each class meets one time per week for 2 hours and 40 minutes. Courses are offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Class times can be from 10:00 AM to 12:40 PM; 1:00 to 3:40 PM; 4:30 to 7:10 PM; or 7:15 to 9:55 PM.

The Global MBA Office works to establish relationships with companies both in Boston and abroad, matching student interests with company needs. Internships are considered an integral part of the Global MBA curriculum.
You can do a global research project within your place of employment or a consulting project based on a two-week residency in a company outside the U.S. The Global MBA Office assists in identifying companies and projects outside the U.S. Instead of taking evening classes in the summer, you will do pre-travel research, become part of a global corporate culture for two weeks, and then complete the analysis and final outcomes report after you return home. Some part-time students who work at multi-national companies, arrange to do the two-week residency or the 3-month full-time internship at their global office.

You will also have some free time within your very busy week’s schedule. There is one after-travel class meeting for final discussion and project reports.
