The Public Administration major at the Sawyer Business School consists of 21 semester hours, including four required courses and three elective public administration courses. The curriculum requires a total of 124 semester hours of course work.

Stretching across a number of study areas, our program draws upon the behavioral, social science, quantitative, administrative/management science and related liberal arts disciplines.

Some of the public administration majors are Public Policy Analysis and Public Human Resource Management, while elective coursework includes Legal and Administrative Research, and Public Finance and Budgeting.

Our BSBA program also consists of a senior year internship and constant exposure to field research, case discussions and professionals in the public management sector.
