Facutly Arrival:

Plan to arrive no later than 8:30am to Constitution Ballroom at the Sheraton Boston Hotel.  

Processional:

The Ceremony will begin promptly at 9:30am. Marshals will lead students and faculty into the Ballroom. File into the seats reserved for faculty and speakers on the stage. The first row of seating is reserved for the Dean, Associate Deans and Speakers. Faculty seating begins with the second row. 

Reception:

Immediately following the Ceremony, there will be a reception downstairs in the Essex Ballroom. Be sure to join us for this chance to congratulate our graduates and their families. 

Regalia:

Attendance:

Faculty attendance is mandatory for Suffolk’s Undergradaute Ceremony on Sunday, May 23 and the Sawyer Business School’s Graduate Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 22. If you can not attend, contact Dean O’Neill.
