Your Graduation Packet Contains:

•  Invitations and Tickets. Due to capacity issues, each student will be given up to 4 tickets, extra tickets requests will be distrubuted following the week of Finals when we have a more accurate account of students actually attending the Ceremony.
• Student Information Sheet which contains student line-up and processional information, and photographer information.

Where Do I Pick Up the Graduation Packet:

Students enrolled in off-campus programs in North Andover and Cape Cod as well as the Online MBA and Executive MBA (Exec MBAs contact Priscilla Rosati) programs should contact their academic program office for Packet and Regalia pick-up details.

What do I need to do before I pick up my Graduation Packet?

• Make sure all financial obligations with the University have been met.
• Complete Perkins and/or College Loan Exit Interview(s) (if applicable)
• Complete the Stafford Loan Exit Interview (if applicable)
• Complete the Graduating Student Survey. This survey will be emailed to you from the Enrollment and Retention Office at Suffolk University. Once you have answered the questions and submit the survey, the final screen will state your have successfully submitted your survey. Print this page and bring it with your to packet pick up as it is your receipt and is necessary for you to pick up your packet.

What do I need to pick up my packet?

• A valid Suffolk University I.D. or a driver’s license
• Printed receipt verifying completion of the Graduating Student Survey

Where do I pick up my regalia ?

The Graduation Packet serves as a "release" for your regalia. With the packet in hand, you can to to the Suffolk Bookstore in the Ridgeway Building to pick up your regalia.  

Unable to pick up your packet during the week of finals?

If you are unable to pick up your packet and regalia during the week of finals, you should arrange for a relative or friend to do so for you (with the expection of Online MBA students.) Your desginee must bring with them a note signed by you with your Suffolk I.D. number, their photo I.D., and a copy of the receipt for your completed online Graduating Student Exit Survey. Special arranagements have been made for Online MBA students, if you have questions, please contact Ana Perez.
