The University Archives holdings are materials having permanent value to Suffolk University, its history and its mission. These materials include records such as correspondence, reports, committee meeting minutes and agendas, publications, audiovisual materials, artifacts and memorabilia and photographs.

Photographs

The SUA has over 10,000 images, of which over 700 have been digitized. These images document the various people (including alumni and students), events and buildings relating to the history of the University. Please contact the Archives for folder lists or information on digital images. The following groups of photographs are now searchable on SMART.

Publications

This collection contains publications by the University (record group SUG) and Suffolk students (record group SUH). Types of publications include: handbooks, directories, newspapers, magazines, journals, and newsletters. Many of these publications are now searchable on SMART. Note: not all titles are comprehensive in their scope, portions may be missing. For a complete list of available titles and their volume numbers please contact the Archives.
