Begin your Bachelor’s at Suffolk University Madrid Campus.

Suffolk Madrid courses are offered with small class sizes, averaging 15–25 students, making studying in Spain an ideal place to receive personalized attention. Education programs include art history, business, communication, English, government, history, philosophy, psychology, science, sociology, Spanish and general education.

Major in Political Science While in Madrid

The Suffolk Madrid program’s premiere major: students in the bachelor's program can opt for a concentration in International Relations in our Political Science Department and complete all four years of undergraduate study at our Madrid Campus.

Study in Spain. Learn in English.

The language of instruction in courses for all of our courses is English, except for courses in the Spanish Department. All non-native English speakers are required to demonstrate proficiency in English as part of the application process. No minimum level of Spanish is required for admission.

Fully accredited learning

The Madrid academic program meets the exacting standards necessary for the Campus to be accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE) in the USA and is officially authorized by the relevant Spanish educational authority.

The Madrid Campus offers a selection of business courses from Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School. Its accreditations include AACSB, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Visit our accreditation page for a full disclosure of our authorizations and accreditations.

Coursework in Madrid is equivalent to the corresponding classes in Boston, so students stay on track with their coursework and enjoy the cultural immersion experience of living and studying in this exciting European capital city.
