Professor Renee Landers spoke about the upcoming Supreme Court docket to Jim Braude and Margery Eagan on WGBH.

She discussed the legal background of some of the key issues that the court has agreed to take up, including abortion rights, campaign finance limits and presidential appointments when Congress is in recess.

Landers, who is the director of the Health and Biomedical Law Concentration, also reviewed the Supreme Court’s ruling on the Affordable Care Act last spring and how the decision affects Medicaid expansion in certain states.
